Incompetent owner who talks down to you as if you’re stupid, incompetent employees, management, and extremely incompetent maintenance. Their maintenance guys are very hickish (not in a good way), trashy, irresponsible, and will not properly repair issues. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM if you want to live in a safe well kept house. They will blow off repairs and try to just put a bandaid over everything. All they do is call asking for money when they can’t even manage to keep a house livable! It’s been hell renting through this company. They are shady, lazy and do not care about your well being.
