I've been a client of kelli's since she opened her orginal shop in redford... however during the last 5 years her level of customer service and passion has dropped significantly! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE BIBLE QUOTES AND GOSPEL MUSIC!!!!

A. She force you to book appointments online via style seat which isn't convenient for older clients.
B. The salon is designed to give a Christian atmosphere but she laugh and make fun of her patrons once they leave the salon
C. Kelli has become very "heat happy" which isn't good for natural hair... NOT TO MENTION THE SHAMPOO GIRL PUT KERATIN IN MY HAIR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
D. She doesn't check her voicemail nor does she read the notes left on style seat when the appt is booked.... during the appointment she can become very combative if you alter your appt date/time (because she doesn't check her notes)
