I love this Brake Masters Now. I took my car in today for an oil change and received a free tire rotation and they accepted my internet coupon. Chad assisted me and was so pleasant and helpful. He informed me of my need for brakes and didn't pressure me when I stated I couldn't do it at this time. Now I must admit I was hesitant to go there today as I took it back in April and the rep then was Brendon, he is no longer there. Thank God. Brendon would not take my coupon stating the $69.00 was a discount price and wouldn't give me the free tire rotation. He also informed me of my need for brakes at that time and pressured me by even lowering the price and asked me "how much would you be able to pay?" when I replied $100.00 he chuckled and insisted I needed to get them done now and he could only lower the price to $325.00 Anyhow Chad was great, service was fast and he was very courteous and kind. Nice and clean facility as well. Right next to the DMV. You can get your oil changed as you wait in that 3 hr line for the DMV...Lol!
