Hi My name is Joe,

I've use Chris Pohren on two occasions.. Unfortunately I'm both occasions I was fraudulently charged, for things that were promised and didn't receive.

On my first trip I booked a $10,000.00 plus trip to Hawaii for my family and I, complete with an ocean front view, for my 50th birthday, When we arrived at our hotel we were completely deceived, there was no view, I mean only contacted Chris, to try and rectify the situation. Chris and myself corresponded back-and-forth, Chris contact the front desk which tried to move us to another room with still no view,unfortunately we had to keep the room that we where currently in.



The second time I went to book a cruise to Mexico, Chris apologize for the room in Maui, he said he went at toured the rooms and they weren't ocean view and he advised the Agency he used, that he cannot sell an oceanview, that's not truly an ocean view!!!!! He never refunded or offered any compensation.



So we proceeded to talk about travel arrangements for Mexico cruise, Chris sent over pictures of ship and a cabin with a balcony, the room was spacious with 2 sliders in the cabin. Chris proceeded said he would need to use my card on file to hold the room till we decided to book. Well Chris was in a hurry Friday night cause he was meeting his daughter in New York for a cruise for next day, so I asked him again prior to filling out my cruise info, can you please send a picture of the cabin, he said sure and I'll send you info to fill out for the cruise ship, if you have any questions or concerns my secretary will be here till I get back, she will be able to handle any issues or problems, or concerns. Well I immediately contacted his secretary the next day to put a stop to everything, when I found out the picture of the cabin was a smaller cabin, and not as big as the one he first sent, with only one slider leading to balcony, she advised me Id have to wait for Chris to return, and it shouldn't be a problem. Chris returned and I explained my concerns and this is what happened in Hawaii, and that I wasn't comfortable nor had I filled out the consent or travel info for the cruise, he told me " well I'm sorry I already had them charge your American Express card" you'll have to deal with Princess Cruise now...

Sense then Chris has done nothing to resolve situation and I've been in a dispute for the last four months for $1500. Charges with American Express.



Chris has completely been dishonest and unfair on two occasion, I would not recommend him or his travel agency for any trips or tours..

Fantastic Deals and Excellent Service

I have been a cruiser and frequent traveler for many years and always have booked my trip myself on the internet. My family and I decided to go with a travel agent for once and are very happy with what we found here. They were able to beat the prices I found on the internet and supply me with things I didn't even know about where I wanted to go and what I could do there. They exceeded all of my expectations. We will definitely be using them again.
