It's really bad customer's service they have 2 cashiers and 35 people's in line waiting and we wait for 20 to 30 mins in lines, they need to hire more people's to have a good customer service

This store is the worst in customer service! I waited an hour just to get a piece of fabric cut. Then another 45 minutes at the front check out to pay! They didn't have enough employees at the cut table or the checkout, but there were a few aimlessly wandering the floors acting like they were stocking shelves. The employees are indifferent to the frustrated customers. I tried to complain to the manager on duty who was supposed to be at Register 1, but lo and behold, she was off hiding somewhere. This site requires I click on a star to rate...They don't deserve any stars!

Shame on them if they fired that woman with cancer. My mother battled cancer for 20 years before she died.
