Family!!! This is how this office makes you feel! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Great Dentists! Great Hygienists! Beautiful state of the art facility! If you love to SMILE, this is the office for you.

I have to say that my first visit was pleasant. Today was a different story. Went to the dentist, because my crown came off. At first the dentist was very polite, however it all changed when I chose a cheaper crown than the one he recommended. I already have all kinds of expensive crowns in my drawer, that have not stayed on. I'm not going to spend another 1,000 dollars on a crown that they cant guarantee will not come off again.. Anyhow, when the dentist came in the second time, his demeanor had changed. he was obviously upset because I did not choose the expensive ones. He was discourteous from that point on, and he did not explain the procedure. When he was numbing my gums, some anesthetic leaked out, and he didn't bother to do anything about it, until I said something. Overall, the procedure was very sloppy and painful... I was not a happy camper when I left the office. I will be requesting a new dentist, and if it happens again, I will be choosing a new dental group.... I think 1 star is over rated for this visit...

I am not a big fan of the dentist, and alot less of dental groups, but this office was a suprise. I was able to get in and have a pleasant experience with a dentist who went over my options with me. The staff was polite and responsive. I have had no problems with my insurance and will probably use this office for years to come. I hope that if you are looking for a dental office in Redlands, that you will consider giving Redlands Dental group a call. You might be pleasantly suprised.
