Ordered service a couple of weeks before moving in. Was told that house had never had service and they were sending construction crew to evaluate. Construction crew reported a week before move in that the house was ready. Had to wait almost 2 weeks to have installer come out, to find out the house was not ready and construction had to return to install drop and that they would be out in 1-2 weeks for that. So we are looking at 1-2 months to get service. Meanwhile we don't have any tv, internet, or phone until they install.
