Since when do you soak one hand but not the other? Mani lady chuckled when I mentioned it. Was left sitting in the chair after my mani/pedi for about 15 minutes before anybody took time away from their meals to realize I still need my brows waxed. Should've walked out but really didn't want the hassle of going to another salon. Will definitely go to another next time..

Amazing service!

I love this place. Yeah it's a little noisy, but only because they have so many employees so you don't have to wait an hour for a pedicure. I'd rather get quick great service in a noisier place than wait an hour or more in a quieter place. Been there three times now and had a pedicure by three different employees and all three of them were excellent. Going back tomorrow.

Today was my 5th visit to the nail salon since it has opened. I am so pleased with the service, the friendly atmosphere and great work done on my nails and pedicures. The staff all take pride in their work and the receptionist has always found a way to work me in which I appreciate as I am always running behind! I am SO HAPPY that they now have a location close to my neighborhood!!!

Walked in & was greeted by the receptionist , btw has a horrible way of showing appreciation that you are even there. I then asked her when the wax person would be there & she rolled her eyes & walked away, saying she would check on that, which seemed to really inconvenience her.... I was the only person there!!!! She then proceeded to the back smiling & laughing with all the employees that worked there!!! I walked out & I'm never going back!!!!!!

Noisy and laughter...don't go to this place if you want professional, quiet and considerate employees working on you.

I am an ex-manicurist and use to work undercover for State Board. This place needs to develop a more professional atmosphere. I am not going back!
