Worst experience ever...not surprising since we have had other issues there...

We use the Arco Fleet Car, for our fleet :) This station can't run the cards until after they fill up. So today their card system isn't working, so they fill the car and then can't process the payment.

We try to pay with a card over the phone, they can't. They tell our driver if he leaves they will call the police, all because they can't process a card. Driver doesn't have cash. Finally manager agreed to even talk to me and 'cut us a break' if we 'bring cash today' and let the guy leave.

So now our client is 30 minutes late for his medical appointment and this Arco lost a fleet account. So stick with the Arco's in Bend or make sure you have cash because their systems are unreliable.
