I bought an RV from Big Country RV, Redmond Oregon. I travelled 600 miles to pick it up. When I arrived, during the inspection, it was determined there was a mechanical issue. No one's fault, just one of those things that happens when dealing with complex mechanical devices.



With no hesitation, ALL the folks at Big Country got involved. Safari Cliff, Dave, Alex, Tom, everyone, swung into action and obtained replacement parts, got someone to replace the part first thing on Monday. (this all happened over the weekend)



While I was there, I went in to the service and parts department. WOW, they have a well stocked RV store, where you can get all those accessories to personalize your rig right down to a huge selection of LED light bulb replacements for those watt guzzling incandescents.



These people epitomize what Rving is all about, having fun, meeting great people and enjoying the experience.
