I often donate very nice clothes there as recent as yesterday. I went today to look at chairs with my mother in law. Worst experience shopping ever! My mother inlaw did not find anything in her price range. I on the other hand found a hat and a pitcher. When we went to check out the lady not once, not twice but 3 times acussed me of getting the hat from a section that was not for sale. I explained the items location several times when she demanded to know where I got the hat from and repeatedly told me I did not find it there. Um yes, yes I found it exactly where I said. When I finally had enough of being questioned and treated like a dishonest person, I put my stuff on the counter and told my mother inlaw we we're leaving. I then proceeded to tell her exactly were I found it one final time in a tone to defend myself. I will never go to that place again and I will no longer donate items to a place that treats their customers so terrible!

New facility is clean and well maintained. Employees/volunteers who are at front are cordial and courteous. Shop was advertising they needed donations. Brought a large box of nice things I did not use. Walked inside of warehouse with worker. There was pile in the center about 6-7 feet high of stuff. He tossed the box on the pile as if it were garbage, not even checking to see if there was anything breakable in it. (there was) Will donate someplace else in the future. It is apparent they cannot keep up with stuff, or do not have the personal to handle the volume of donations.
