rented a car from this location in redmond. We had mad a reservation and when we arived the price was twice as much. they told us if we get the pre paid fuel then whatever we don't use they will refund. Also my personal car insurance covers rental cars as well as my own car. I told this to the lady and she said no you have to get the insurance. She was rude and did not explain things properly. I called this hertz when I got home and spoke with the manager David to let him know what had happened he then told me there was nothing he could do. Also this company is a privately owned hertz they do things a little different. If you think you are getting a car from a regular chain you are not. They have different rules and if you needed to return it at another airport in an emergency or something you are not allowed. I just wanted people who have been traveling and haven't done this a lot to be aware of this. Go to Avis or budget. My friends live in this area and they said to go to another rental place it will be mutch cheaper and better service.
