Excellent work, the guys behind the counter were great.
They didn't try to push me into anything I didn't need and got me out the door with everything I did need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who ask for a professional mom and pap car shop.

had them install an fm radio with cd slot and speaker in an old Ford Pickup. Works beautifully. (got tired of only Rush Limbaugh on the am radio).

Best customer service I have ran across in awhile. Blew an AMP and had issues with locating why new amp was not working. Jason took the time not only to test my blown amp. He tested my sub and checked all the wires for signal. They went above and beyond for someone who only bought an amp for self install. I cant wait to go back to them for my next upgrade!

not that Jason or George needs my opinion but they are the most excellent business people I have run into their work is clean professional and they are always busy so that shows they are doing everything right

Their markup is way to high. They tried selling a $90 installed for over $200. I hope they make it but they need to get real. Plenty of other places around that are alot better.

Average work, high prices, and overall a poor customer experience. Plenty of other options in Bend & Redmond. Do your research.
