Mike is gruff and difficult, would not return calls and made me wait 4 days to retrieve my things from car. My cane was in vehicle and I was unable to get around, also my house keys and garage door opener were in car, but we're not to be found. It was the cops that called to tow my car to the storage lot.
He was rude to me in a very stressful time and I have come to understand he has a very negative reputation in the area. Don't let this guy waste your time and money!
