Awesome service from a very nice gentleman. Knew what my problem was right away. Returned my call in less than 30 minutes and was here right away. got my washer up and running lickety-split at a reasonable price. Will use this service again.

This Gentleman was great! He was my 3rd call & actually listened as I explained what my washing machine was doing & not. Relayed pertinent info about machine - make, model,etc. He replied, It could only be one of 2 things & ballpark about $125. YIPPEE, I said. You just made my day. When he did the repair, he had that thing in the hall in no time, apart & test ran it on several cycles to give it a thumbs up!! His attitude was great, good conversation, & even cleaned up any mess he made(minute). I would DEFINITELY recommend his services to others! NO flat rate or hourly. Parts + ??
