Vast Incompetence--Be Warned!

This is the worst car shop I have ever been to.

They ordered the wrong part four times in a row.

They are of the "replace the part and see if it fixes it" mindset, rather than actually diagnosing the problem.

The man repairing our car picks and chooses when he comes to work--usually *not* when we have scheduled to bring our car in.

On the above point, scheduling an appointment for your vehicle is kind of pointless with them, since you might be waiting for several days for them to even take a look at it (that happened to us)

They charged us for replacing parts that weren't broken.

We spent 2-3 months just trying to get our car fixed through them.

Their time estimates were completely inaccurate.

The management is rude to customers.

They neglected to tell us that their "emissions specialist" had let his certification expire two years ago when we initially brought our car in for emissions repairs.

They *never* returned our calls, they never called us to give us good or bad news, we always had to call them to check up on our car (they waited a full day to give us bad news at one point, because they waited until I called them).

There was a pervading sense of unprofessionalism. When we were waiting for our car at one point, the manager was bragging to a friend in the shop about poaching beaver with night vision goggles. Seriously.

We brought our car here because of it's location and because we saw other, positive, reviews about it. I don't know if the management is writing it's own reviews or what, but I would strongly recommend that people look elsewhere for service. I have never seen such incompetence in a shop before. Dealing with them was nightmarish.

Worst Experience

I took my car for repair to this place. There is some cracking noise coming from the engine. they said it is due to some timing belt problem and had me replaced that for $700. after a few days i still had the same problem. now they say its the air compressor that is causing the problem and asking $300 more.

not only this i went there for a oil leak issue for which they charged around $150. after a few days, oil is getting drained every 20-30 days. i went back. they say my engine is consuming a lot of oil. its not the oil leak. Im fed up with their stupid explanations. I would never go back there.
