We just completed a purchase transaction with our agent, Christopher Gough. As the transaction moved toward closing, many complications came up. There was a lot of division that needed to be done, a party wall agreement, and one of the 2 couples that owned the subject property were divorcing. Christopher not only pulled the deal together, but did so on time. Further, with us being out of town owners, Christopher did our closing walk through (taking pictures of the furniture to verify for us), noted that there was no bedding, and bought us some so the place would be complete for us when we flew in at midnight our first trip down.
