AVOID THIS SHOP! COMPLETE FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS!



I used this shop a few times and I can say I am completely disappointed.



Last month I took my car with almost 40,000 miles there to get an estimate for brakes - front and rear. They said they have to replace the brake rotors too because they are cracked and gave me an estimate of approx. $800 for front and rear.

Next day I took my car to another shop and they started laughing when they heard that I was told the brake rotors have to be replaced. They resurfaced the rotors and installed both front and rear brakes for $400.





Yesterday, I took my wife's car to Firestone, I said let's give them another chance.

I noticed they had a coupon on the internet for brakes replacement for $89 (new pads, resurface rotors). So I called and they told me $99 on the phone. I took my car there and after they got it in the shop they came and said they don't have the brake pads but they ordering them and it costs $195. What can you say when you see the car in the shop with the wheels out? YES.

5 Minutes after that the shop manager came and told me that they can't resurface the rotors because they are composite (which they aren't - I checked) and he refused to reinstall them back. He said to buy new rotors too.

So we got to $300 + from $89.



Avoid this shop, every time they try to sell you more crap that you don't actually need.



When I was getting there for their $19.99 oil change, they said almost every time that the car needs an alignment because it looks like the wheels are not aligned, even when my car had 10-15000 miles.



Complete rip offs, they bait and switch and instead of having a good correct service they just push you to buy and change more stuff when it doesn't have to be changed. They rip you off.



Funny fact is that they have a sign that sais about honesty and integrity in their shop which it's never the case.



I prefer to go to other shops where the word matters and the people are more honest. I prefer to pay $150 for a brake job at another shop where I call and when I pick up the car the price is the same with what I told when I dropped it off, instead of going to Firestone and get ripped off.



AVOID THIS SHOP, YOU WILL SEE THAT I WAS RIGHT.



I know a lot about mechanics and these guys are complete scammers.
