Scheduling is conveniently on-line.

I accept most insurances and I am a prefered provider for Premera, CIGNA, Aetna, First Choice and others,  car insurances and workers compensation.  Sorry I do not accept medicare or Regence. Please call your insurance to verify coverage before scheduling.
