We’ve only used LPS’s service a few times but each time that we have, we’ve only had good experiences working with Jerica. She’s prompt with her responses and great about answering any questions that we have. Results are back in a timely manner. Brink Property Management has used Landlord Protection Services for more than 10 years to handle our tenant applicant background checks. We are very satisfied with their services and would not hesitate to recommend them. They have an online reporting system which makes following the screening process very easy.
