My wife and I wanted to do something nice for her parents so we decided to get them a bathroom remodel for their Issaquah home. Their house was built in 1987 so it is aging a bit and the bathrooms were antiquated. When I called Seattle Luxury Bath I scheduled a free in home consultation. Mr. Gunderman came and showed me a portfolio, video and some brochures. He took some measurements and asked my preferences then he returned with a bid that was nearly $450 less than the same bid I got from competitors, so I hired him. The work was performed efficiently, quickly and professionally. As a result, my in-laws were impressed with the tub-to-shower conversion and they took us to dinner to thank us.

We are not pleased with the response we're getting from this company regarding questions we have on the use of the tub. Along with that, the installation was not done as we were led to believe. The installer made no provisions for dust which was so bad it activated our security alarm and brought the fire department because no one could get to the alarm to deactivate it because of the clutter in the hallway and stairs. A sledge hammer was used to break up our old tub which loosened pictures from walls and grouting from other places in the bathroom. In using the sledge hammer, the installer put a hole through a hallway wall. Although the hole was fixed, we had to supply paint and brush. We have tried to get instructions on how to use this tub, but we get no response. The spray nozzle on this tub is extremely hard to activate and nearly impossible if hands are arthritic.
