Pathetic Staff and Service!!!!

I made an appointment for my 5 year old daughter's haircut. 15 minutes before our appointment I receive a voicemail from them stating my assigned hair stylist had to leave on a medical emergency. I called them back and they said they'll accommodate me with some other hair stylist. Reached there with my kid in tow and saw the new assigned hairstylist trying on bikinis in a near by room while we waited for her! After 5 minutes she comes out and says, I'll be able to cut your child's hair but someone else will have to dry it because I have another appointment. I said fine and she started rinsing my child's hair in prep for the cut. My daughter has very long hair for her age and this hairstylist decided she'll make my child stand while she cut. That was fine by me until I saw her use an extremely FILTHY hair filled brush to comb down my child's hair!!!! I immediately pointed that out and she said oh sorry I didn't get a chance to clean my hair brush since my last appointment!!! Yikes!!! Then she picked her scissors and comb and said she'll be back after sterilizing them. I said thank you and I really appreciate that. She goes off to some place and doesn't bother to show up for another 5-7 minutes while my kid is standing there with dripping wet hair!!!! When I ask the girl at the reception where the stylist ( Amanda) is she returns after a minute and says Oh there's been a change. Your hairstylist will not be able to cut her hair as she is offended by what you said! WOW!!!!SHE was offended because I told her to use a clean hair brush on my child's hair!!!!



I'm really wondering who gave these people a license to run this apparently newly built salon. Will definitely never go there and will alert all my friends in the area not to set foot in such a filthy and ridiculously badly run place!!!!
