Here's one for ya guys! I play on pogo. I won a Jackpot of 4,999.00 and still havent got the w-9 form and its been 6 weeks almost 7 weeks. By law, they are suppose to send out any type of winnings within 8 weeks! Please dont go through these guys for anything.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM. I purchased a downloadable game, and I never received a registration code. I have been unable to contact them. They are horrible. Go someplace else. This company is not worth the time I am spending writing this.

I placed an order from their online store for a PC Game that was in stock. The order went through and my card was charged. However, it has been 6 days and I still have not received a confirmation email with an order number. There is no way to check the status on their site unless you have an order #. I even wrote their cust. service an email, but 5 days later there has been no response. They do not list any phone number on the site, so I spent over an hour searching. Finally found a long distance #, but to my surprise---it's always BUSY!! I will never buy from their online store again---http://eastore.ea.com
