The worst experience ever with a flower company. They got my order completely wrong, the first lady spoke virtually no english, the second lady taking my phone order told me she was hearing impaired! The order was completely bolluxed up, and the owner took over a week to get back to me. She refused to do anything to make this right, called me a b**** and told me she didn't need my kind of customer. She told me she felt threatened and would call the police because I told her I would contact my credit card and challenge the charge, and post this review. Apparently she is under the impression that such actions are illegal.
