I have been going to Goodman's Behavioral Health for several years and have worked with two of the staff members. They have helped me tremendously and supported me through my toughest times. I have always been seen within a reasonable time period and someone is always available whenever I've called the emergency line. I highly recommend Goodman's for anyone struggling, going through a difficult time, or dealing with chronic issues.

The staff at Goodmans saved my life. I was in denial of my alcoholism and addiction. Through their kindness, caring, compassion, and NO bs attitude they have given me a new life. The environment is clean, safe, and supportive. Through group therapy I have formed several strong friendships. The staff are always open and available, they are above and beyond supportive and encouraging in recovery. All of them are passionate and dedicated to helping alcoholics and addicts recover. The staff and the program teach us to accept and grow from past emotions and trauma; goals are achievable, life is manageable and better without drink and drugs. Without Goodmans and the amazing staff I would not last long in my addiction. Recovery has no guarantees, it is something that you must want and work hard for every day. The staff and program at Goodmans exponentially increases success in recovery.

Goodman spends more time talking about herself and gossiping then she does actually treating her patients. She played mind games with my partner; told her she seemed to be in a stable place. When she expressed even the slightest complaint, Goodman turned hostile and canceled all of my partner's future appointments, including ones with her psychiatrist. The receptionist told my partner that this happened because the care team illegedly felt she was too unstable for their level of care. Even though she felt my partner was perfectly stable at her previous appointment? This is gross abandonment and false information. This person is not a safe individual for anyone in need of mental health care.

After first consult, my daughter had a severe anxiety attack. Called Goodman office for advice, next day got a call that my daughter was too troubled for them and they would cancel future appts. My daughter felt as if she was too messed up to deserve any help. Worst experience with a so-called professional! Beware!!

i made an appointment with these people barbara goodman was suppose to see me to evaluate me for seeing there shrink. well i was having a lot of problems in my life at the time thats why i wanted to see them . my insurance co. oked 21 paid visits and we were set to go then i had to cancel i called and told them this .. when i tried to reschedual they said they were told not to see me due to my cancelation . i thought these people were in the business of helping people but they sit on there high horse and kick you when your down. i wouldnt recomend these jerks to any one. i found another place that was understanding and met my needs.
