Great customer service and a wonderful engagement ring! Dennis took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and was very nice to work with.

Yeah... where to start.... well let's just say I feel like I was disrespected n lied to. I gave this place my ring my boyfriend got for me n spent a lot of money on, gave them my ring to resize for me. Well he said it would b a week when I get it back. It's been a week n 5 days. Then today I went in to see about my ring n not only he was rude to my son n I but he also lost my ring. Very disappointed. I should of gone to Sophie's in Baraboo. Atleast they treat people like family, have respect n r honest about things. Let's just say my parents, my brother, my boyfriend n my friends all know n r very upset. My ring better get found n I better b happy with it or there will b a lawsuit!!!
