I had a oil change on the 25 of January of this year, needless to say, it didn't go well. First issue: air filter hoses. After informing the techs and the manager that the hoses needed to be resecured correctly and exactly why, they failed to do it and I had to return for them to correct this problem. Second, a week later, I discovered an oil leak ( about a half quart) on my garage floor. I returned a second time, as the first time the change the metric oil plug (which they know about) for a supposedly correct plug, it leaked oil over a weeks time, necessitating a second return, which, the installed a universal plug with an excuse that the oil pan inlet had been sanded or filed and that's why it leaked. I have had two oil changes prior to this one without incident. The District manager did email and call me with apologies about my having these two incidence occur and offered a free oil change and said he would send it thru the mail to me, and I have yet to receive anything what so ever. And two days ago, while checking the air in my tires, I discovered that they had not replaced my valve stem caps on any of the tire and I had to replace those at my expense, a third and finally incident with this place of business.

Excuses and lip service to customer in my business is not tolerated and for management to offer this instead of what was paid a high price for is inexcusable.

Frankly, I won't return even for a windshield cleaning. Very very disappointed for a business. I guess you don't get what you pay for these days.
