Their slogan is "The World's Greatest Bank." And it did use to live up to that. I'm sure they think it's progress but they have changed their phone number from being answered here locally to a call center in who knows where. Can take up to 5 minutes for the call center to answer and forward my call to the local bank. Is changing where the number rings (still a local phone number) to ringing at a call center more efficient. I don't think so. When the call center answers you have to listen to a list of items that are not relevant to what you are calling about and then they want all my account info when I'm calling with a question has nothing to do with my account. My time is just as valuable as theirs. That's why I rated it 4 instead of 5.
