I put a lot of value in a business person who can keep their word, and this was a big disappointment. I asked if I could drop my bike off after work, and informed him of the distance I had to travel. He said he would wait for me to get there, but he wanted me to call and confirm that I would be coming in the morning. I did call, and he said he would be there. I left work right at 5pm and arrived at his shop at 6pm, but he wasn't there. When I called him, he said he had waited an hour and then left and was back home. He couldn't possibly have waited an hour because I arrived in exactly an hour. He then blamed me for not pulling over on a crowed interstate to call and give him an eta. I understand that some people may not show up, but he promised he would be there, and he lied about waiting an hour for me. Glad I learned this about him before he actually had my bike though.

Great shop, real people with good info. if your tired of having smoke blown up your arse bypass your dealer and give this shop a try.
