Parking is a nightmare in and around Rego Park but parking with Ipark garages is simply entering hell and here is why : I got discounted monthly price by contacting them via online and was relieved to park my brand new car during the longest snow season in NYC. But soon realized they were taking my car out for a spin as it I could easily see the spike in my odometer. I complained and in response I was told to leave if I wanted to since they couldn't ( or wouldn't) find anything. I wished I had but snow conditions made me compromise and I stayed for a month more. I ended up with 6 (intentional) scratches/ dents on my brand new car before I finally realized my car is safer on the street than in this garage. Even worse, one night tons of customers including I, were not given access to our cars unless we paid $150 dollar fee or showed copies of posted check that we paid Ipark. Many of us had to go back and print those checks from Internet and go back to release our cars simply because they made many mistakes identifying who paid and who didn't. Some apparently paid cash but the management never got the money. If you want your precious car to mis-handled by shady people ( they slammed car doors into other cars, hit back or front of your car while pulling out and I also felt strong smell of illegal smoke every time I visited the reception area), filled with cat's litter ( since they kept my car's window open), and enjoy rude customer service and endless mental torture, use Ipark.
