Searching for a vtech solenoid for my Civic and the local auto parts store told me goto the dealer..i decided to try my luck with this place which they not only came through but they got me the part half the price of the dealer... the heavy set fellow andy was a pleasure to deal with...i also stopped in to get some car wax and the older gentleman was very knowledgeable this store really reminds me of the old mom and pops auto part stores from back in my day

A couple of week ago went in there specifically asking for replacement spark plug with the model # for my snow thrower. The guy with a smart look on his face, gave me a spark plug for a car. It was totally wrong type and fit. Also bought a few other items and was told that every item besides tools, is refundable. Out of principle, went back there to return the wrong spark plugs, and the whole employee staff was just bunch of rude scumbags!!! Now I was told that apparently "there are no returns for plugs....but as a favor to me, they will issue one." Staff was really unprofessional and deceiving. They lost a customer for sure. I would stay away from that place.....otherwise, come in with full knowledge of the product you need, and do not rely on their assistance.
