City Cab in Rehoboth Beach is the best cab service in our area. I've used them for years and never once did I have to wait more than 15 minutes. The review by Theatr1cal makes no sense and I find it ridiculous and bogus. First off, City Cab uses an automated dispatch system, so you can't call a dispatcher. The system sends each call out to the next cab operator in line. If that driver can't take the call, because he has someone in the car, it goes to the next cab driver. Secondly, the individual cab drivers do not give out a driver's personal cell phone number. The actual driver who took the call and who would be coming to pick this guy up would have to give him that number. Now, there are other companies in the area who do use a dispatcher, so I think this guy has labeled the wrong taxi company as being a joke. None of what this guy wrote for a review makes sense. Who checks out of a rental property with their luggage and ends up renting a bike? What happened to this guys luggage? Did he just leave it on the street? I doubt it! IMHO he's the joke...not City Cab.

Best taxi service I've ever experienced. The driver was engaging and his Lincoln town car was immaculate. I really appreciate the great customer service, great rate, and with the heavy traffic over Memorial Day weekend, he found the best shortest route to my destination!

On time, txt'd me on my cell to let me know he was there. It was within 10 minutes. I was surprised to find a newer Lincoln Towncar...I can't complain about leather seats and a smooth ride. Friendly driver (Rob), very professional, great service and very competitive.

I use this company to take me to chemo treatments for 6 months. The driver, Rob, was there to get me every time never late. It was a much easier experience knowing I didn't have to worry about going and coming from the hospital. Thank you Rob

Best taxi service in Rehoboth. Rob lives within 5 minutes of downtown Rehoboth. He's very generous and dependable.

I travel from Rehoboth to Lewes daily and always take City Cab, because Rob is at my door within 10 mintues. He always greets me by name when I call. I really feel that I can rely on him and the car is always spotless. You can't ask for much more.

As a loyal customer of Rob Stuart with City Cab, I am appalled that someone would write such a ridiculous, negative review for this cab driver. For the past six months, he has taken me to work on a daily basis and I cannot say enough good things about the man. He is always on time. Never has he been late. He is very soft-spoken and always makes me laugh on my ride to work. His personality would brighten anyone's day! His cab is spotless and it smells fresh and clean. Why anyone would say a bad word about Rob, is beyond my comprehension!

City Cab is my favorite taxi service. Whenever I call, they are ready and willing to get me to where I need to go. I never have to wait long and if I need a return ride, my driver will always accommodate me.
