Damaged “repair” necklace. I had declined repair after high estimate. Picked up necklace and noticed gold beads missing and a small bag of fake gold beads which were larger. Appeared to have been taken apart and reassembled after I declined the repair. Manager took no responsibility, covered for contract worker who just had DUI and was rude. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Needed a watch battery in a Tag Heuer watch that I had not used for many years. The Fifth Ave. specialist was very professional and easily replaced the battery in my watch for a very reasonable price. I'll be sure to bring my business to them in the future...
