Most horrible service.



I took my laptop in to have a fan replaced because it was not working anymore. I sent it in which costed me 150 dollars to get a new one restored. It took them almost 2 months to get the correct fan put into my laptop, and was left with no notifications about it that whole time. When I finally got it they told me they used generic brands instead of getting my actual manufacturer brand, which explains the amount of time it took. Anyways, the fan fails pretty much 30 or so days after their warranty. And now I can return it to get it fixed without paying another 150 for it. These people are scam artists, they take advantage and are not professional. I will never go to these guys again and I should have them reported to BBB. Cause it's a bunch of kids and others that only care about money and not their customers.
