Although they do have reasonable prices and they are easy to book a trip with, my husband and I were very disappointed. -I booked an evening flight for our anniversary. I called and had an easy booking. Understandably, the first trip was canceled due to winds. After 3 more cancellations I was then told that a morning flight is better(just wished I was told from the start). 2 months later we went out (finally)! It was beautiful and a lot of fun, but the professionalism was significantly lacking. It was a foggy day and the captain tells us she is afraid to fly in the fog (and never has) while we are in the air heading straight towards it! At landing, we ended up in someones back yard horse farm. When the owners of the house didn't answer the door at 7:00am, the Balloon company proceeded to take down; turning off the home owners electric fence and pulling it out of the ground. After driving their large van on the property and putting everything away, we left (praying they put the fence back properly and the family's horses were going to be safe). In the van ride back, the owners told all kinds of horror stories they have had...one was about landing in a pond that ended up being chest deep and the customers got angry that they were soaked and lost there phones and cameras! It ended with drinking Champagne & margaritas in a school parking lot!

I called and emailed many hot air balloon companys for information. Balloon Fantasies of Rehoboth emailed me back right away. Their pirces are reasonable. My friend and I aren't going until the end of November. I will come back here and tell you how it was. In the meantime, I recommend contacting these nice people.
