CAVEAT EMPTOR – BUYER BEWARE

Shockingly despicable behavior from this owner of a so-called day spa who has the pathology to attack one of her client’s sexual orientation; after she was exposed. While she was guilty and disciplined with monetary fines for being without a license to operate. She then, so disgracefully still degraded this person, her client for exposing her unlicensed status. Without a license to operate she still performed a photo facial on an unsuspecting customer scarring their face of all places! Later they, of course, did their due diligence and found out this very disturbing information. A crazy person wielding what is a dangerous lethal weapon, especially when in the hands of someone like her, can only end up in carnage.

Someone should intervene and get her a comprehensive seventy-two (72) hour psychological evaluation. Right thereafter, I am sure some psychiatric help will be recommended. This mentally unstable woman seems to be a real danger to society and most probably to herself, as well. She really needs to undergo intense psychiatric therapy. This is a very serious matter to be taken, very seriously. To conduct herself in this manner suggests she is a full-blown sociopath…without concern or care for anyone but herself, please refer to the dictionary for the meaning of this scary condition. This emotionally disturbed woman with truly flawed character needs for her establishment, whatever she pawns it off to be, to be shut down!

She has put much shame to her family’s name and I do not believe that she even understands to what degree.

Is this what the world has come to beginning with no transparency in business to then attacking someone else’s character and sexual orientation because they saw what was really behind the curtain. Do we think she is an everyday garden variety sociopath?!!

This is true arrogance, greed and ignorance!

She needs to be shut down and to finally just go away!

I am a victim/survivor of a HATE CRIME done by the owner of this so called spa. When I went here, back in 2004 and 2005, the only thing that was licensed was the building! Ms. Almeida didn't get her cosmetologist license until April 16,2006. I had two photo facials done one in 2004 one in 2005. During the last one, Ms. Almeida who didn't have a laser tech license, said she was going to turn up the intensity of the laser. I thought nothing of it, since I was under the impression that she was certified in doing this procedure! That night, I began to blister on several parts of my face. I kept calling Ms. Almeida and she assured me, it was going to look worse before it began to look better. IT NEVER LOOKED ANY BETTER! I went to show her what she had done to my face and she was full of ARROGANCE AND UNCONCERN! She was more angry because I called the B.B.B. and told them what happened. I went back and demanded my money back. She gave me a partial refund, which I took to her bank, Slades Ferry Trust, where they wrote my S.S. number on it. This is how she obtained my S.S. number! I needed this money to see a dermatologist where they told me I had photo sensitivities resulting in several scars to my face! This DIABOLICAL PERSON, WHO LIED TO ME AND SAID SHE WAS LICENSED TO DO SUCH PROCEDURES, was disciplined by the Division of Professional licensure 3 times twice in 2012. You can go to the Massachusetts division of professional licensure and look up license #59352 and you will see all of the disciplinary actions taken against this spa. When the Board of Cosmetologist's viewed this HORRIFIC EMAIL , the board of cosmetologist's mouths fell wide open with disbelief. The charges went straight to prosecution, where they fined Ms. Almeida in the amount of $1000.00, the highest amount that the board could render! This so called spa also has more than one formal complaint against them at the Attorney Generals office! I was also told that Ms. Almeida had a service come in and clean up her reputation on line which meant, HACKING INTO MY COMPUTER and VIOLATING MY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT! I was unable to sue this spa due to the fact at the time that all this was happening, my Dad got very sick and I was his primary care giver until his death! In retaliation of me going to the D.P.L. and telling them my story, I strongly suspect that the owner or one of her representatives signed me up for X-tube accounts, You tube accounts and A.O.L. accounts. They are all HOMOPHOBIC IN NATURE. Someone also changed the date of my deceased Brothers birthday on his tribute page,(HOW LOW CAN U SINK?!) This passive/ aggressive behavior is diabolical in nature and UNWORTHY of someone posing as a skin care professional! My only fault was trusting this woman with my skin care! PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN GET!

My massage and facial I had last week was the best remedy for a not so great month I was having. The experience was excellent and I would definitely come back.

The massage was soothing and so relaxing. I dozed off because it was just that good. She worked out all the kinks in my back and really listened to my body's needs. I loved it all!

I heard about Elite's "Signature Facial" and how great it was so I had to try it for myself. It was wonderful! The lady that did my facial was very talented. I felt so relaxed, I almost fell asleep it was so good. I thought the price was competitive because I've been to other places for facials and paid much more than I did here.

This has become my secret hideaway. I love how this place is practically in the middle of nowhere to where I can escape from the hustle and bustle and just relax. I want to come back and try the eyelash extensions because while I was here getting a mani/pedi, I saw a girl get them and they looked fantastic on her!

Great service, I enjoy very much coming here. They have a really relaxing environment and staff and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and ready for anything. Thanks!

My girlfriend took me here to get a couples massage and it was a great experience. They give you warm neck wraps, drinks and snacks and this is their standard service! I was impressed with the comfortable surroundings since this was my first massage and would definitely go back again.

Such a soothing environment! They have great customer service and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I will definitely be back soon!

I came in and got the Signature Facial. It was wonderful. I felt so relaxed and almost fell asleep. It was just too good. The price is reasonable too because I know a lot of places that charge more than here.

I just love this place. It's an amazing spa and the surrounding area looks so charming. Totally different atmosphere than spas in the city.

Always an enjoyable and fun time when I come here! I like her selection of nail colors, there's always something new I haven't tried yet. I just love coming here because I know it's the only place I'll get to relax in peace.

In a word... masterful. Perfect. The stuff that dreams are made of. OK, that's more than a word, but maybe words cannot express how wonderful this place really is! I came to Elite for a hot stone massage, and left a new woman. My masseuse was gentle, firm, quiet, and so talented I nearly fell asleep from the level of relaxation I was experiencing. I love that this place is in a old farm house out in the woods. They grow their own herbs for treatments, put out little treats for nibbling while you wait, and bring you a refreshment when you come in. I will certainly be returning here for a bevy of treatments - this is a special place, and I cannot wait to return!
