The same thing happened to me. I ordered a 25 lb turkey well over a month before Thanksgiving. I received a phone call the next day to confirm the order and to tell me I could pick it up Mon, Tues or Wed the week of. I got a voice mail on that Monday saying they had a machinery problem and were not getting around to killing the big birds until that day and asking if I could come Wednesday, no big deal. Show up on Wednesday and the largest they can offer me is a 15 lb bird. Are you kidding me?!? My mother was furious since it was my idea to try a fresh turkey this year and this place actually had been recommended to me. Well let me tell you that person who recommended me is not recommending anymore and I have been letting everyone know about my experience that I can. They almost ruined thanksgiving! They knew they didn't have any big birds and lied to me, they also had my phone number and probably knew that this was a problem weeks before and could have informed me so I can make the best decision for my family. Instead they were only thinking of their profits and tried to force me into buying 2, 15 lb birds the day before thanksgiving.

DO NOT USE Ordered 25 lb turkey two months ago. Pick today we are out of 25 lb turkey, would you like two 12 lb. Why did I order. No phone call. Screwed up family Thanksgiving. Do not use.
