We have lived there a year and noticed our windows started to sweat and we started to have mold growing around our windows seals and also our sliding glass doors would drip water. We contacted our property manager and she a work order put in for the maintenance man he came stood in our living room asked what the problem was he never looked at the windows said he was going to go outside and look around said the windows probably just needed some caulking around them. They never came and cleared the mold that was already on the windows I tried everything there was to get it off we never seen the maintenance man again. We have a 6 month old and this was not healthy for her nor us. So we broke out lease 20 days before it ended we did not get our deposit back due to not writing a written notice on the 19th of March that we would be moving we had been looking for months for somewhere to move we did not have time to continue our lease out. Also we are not the only apartment with a mold problem there.
