Thought we were up to date with our bill. Never had a past due bill with them before. They sent our bill right to a collection agency. When we called to pay, the agency refused to send us a copy of the bill. when I called Sauder to request a copy of statement of account, or a record of outstanding bill, I was told by "John", the "office manager"-I'll see what I can do. I said "can you give me a call if there's a problem with getting the copy?'. His response? No-I'm not calling you-I've wasted enough time on you already. UNREAL. That's what happens when you are trying to pay them. No problem-plenty of other fuel companies that would be happy to send a copy of a bill to be paid. & so unbelievably RUDE.

They have no service and they don't help there costumers when they have problems. Also they are not always the cheapest. Cause I buy from John Weidman and sons alot times they r cheaper

I was using Sauder Fuels for years; however, their service is horrible. I have personally bought thousands of gallons of fuel oil from them and when I ran out of fuel oil today they told me it would be a couple of days before they could fill it! Needless to day, I will never purchase from them again! I would not recommend them to anyone!

They are the cheapest in our area. Plus there min. is only 100 gallons. Twice this winter I ordered on a Friday night and got my delivery by 830am Saturday morning.

Sauder Oil, a emergency arised in our home heating needs, oil tank was empty, float sticking, sauder oil said to me that it was not their problem, go to the nearest gas station and get some kerosene .Coldest day this year. No matter that there was a medical impaired person in the home. We never had a past due bill, always ordered our oil, and paid on time. What a waste of years spent building up a good reputation to have it blown in one day, , would I recommend them to anyone,,,,,,, No
