The teller was racist because I came to deposit a check that was signed over to me by my mother which was legitimate and she told me that you have to call and verify then proceeded to tell me that the manager said oh "maybe I should Cash the check at your mother' bank when I am a loyal customer who constantly gets direct deposits into my account daily. I have been with BofA since high school. I felt like she was not willing to help me based on my appearance. I will not be visiting that branch location again. I will be closing my account.
