This towing company doesnt care about their business. As what they advertise is not true. They writes they work "24/7, emergency services, "that is not true. They never returned the phone calls,I had to call many times, left voicemails, and not even a call back.

So I was looking for a towing company in Reisterstown and found Good Samaritan Towing. I needed a car to be towed from Reisterstown to Rosedale first. After it got changed, so it was towed from Reisterstown to auto service in Reistertown (a couple miles away). As on website, they said they take all credit cards, so I asked what payment should I make, and the guy said cash only. I didnt say any word, as the price they gave me was good, so I paid cash.

In the evening same day I called again and said that I still need a car to be towed to Rosedale to another mechanic. After 5-7 calls, he finally answered, and said he doesnt have time to tow today, so he will do next day, which was Sunday. Sunday came. Since my car was parked close to church, so the way was blocked for the towing car to come. And i said we need to do it Monday then. The towing guy guy answered me:"I am tight up on Monday and cant do". And I said :"you are emergency service, work 24/7, in my case it is not even emergency,I am just asking what time can you do. Besides , we have a business on Main str as well, have many vans that will need some towing service in the future,and we would want to use your service". On what the towing guy answered :"we are busy now and dont need any extra work!"

This Good Samaritan Towing doesnt care about their business. So poor business ethics,

I will never recommend this business to anyone.
