Provided by YPmobileI am a dog breeder so needless to stay I bring many dogs through the care of veterinarians not only my own but other breeders main street is by far the best veterinarian office I've ever been to in every way. Their prices are extremely fair and they absolutely know what they are doing their...in it with their hearts. Not for the money. Their passion shows and their expertise cannot be matched

Provided by YP.comCaught a lady dragging my pregnant dog by a leash through the window in the back. I told front desk and they quickly told me I was mistaken before even checking anything out. I was upset very upset then someone came out gave me my dog and told me that I needed to find a new vet. I found a new vet I love and trust, and I'm glad I saw how much they care for animals behind closed doors.

Provided by YP.comDr Ed Molesworth is the reason to go to Mainstreet Hospital and only he receives the five star Expertise award.
Molesworth is academically brilliant and gifted as no other veterinarian around. His bedside manners could improved, but really, who cares, he makes our pets well. I have traveled to him since 1995.
My standard poodle, Chanel, had been at PET ER Towson twice since Sunday follow an accident while playing. This was the first day MS was opened. My biggest regret forever will be I did not ask Dr Molesworth to look at my dog if only for a minute. But Dr Anna assured me after seeing Chanel's wound "I have seen much worst, its really not that bad" Chanel stood panting, leaning against the wall. After checking her vitals she asked if I'd be more comfortable if Chanel stayed there overnight under their watch. Great!
Imagine what it felt like when I received a phone call at 7:30 saying "sorry to wake you, I have bad news; Chanel died at 1 am this morning". Heartbroken

Provided by YP.comDr. Molesworth is highly praised in his field for his diagnostic skill. I have also liked the new vets who have joined. The front staff have made notable improvements. I drive a distance but find it worth it.

Provided by YP.comDr. Molesworth is the best. BUT the staff is not. When you call in, worried and concerned about your pet, some times you get a concerned, compassionate girl. Other times you feel like you are bothering them. Too bad if they are busy. It's their JOB to answer questions and to be polite and courteous. If it weren't for Dr. Molesworth, I would go elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT PLACE YOUR BABY IN THEIR HANDS FOR SURGERY JUST DONT DO IT. No stars
My 1 year old blue grey doggie is dead they were extremely cold from surgery/consent to pay-to his death, please please never be afraid of a second opinion and always follow your intuition, so many red flags i ignored so many reasons im broken, but the worst reason being this place and its phony smiling sweet voiced people insistent persuasive single sided suggestions, zero benefit of the doubt i painfully cant believe he's gone, one years old & 28 days,
I understand completely the risk of the 'standard common we do 100s of these all the time' (as described) -exploratory surgery, but i shouldnt have to cry over my dead dogs body to hear the 'trusted surgeon/professional' Dr. Ana say "Look, he was gna die anyway!" she wasn't even on their website! Dr. Han nudge me with his collar to get my attention "here ms. Reyes, also is it a possibility that it was RAT POISONING? WHAT? HE DIED ON YOUR TABLE!!

Provided by YP.comWhile the doctors themselves are kind and knowledgeable, the front desk staff makes this experience miserable. A few months ago I called and said I needed a quote on getting an X-ray of my dog's leg done. I specified that it was for a luxating patella (back knee) on a 95 lb dog, asked if this would require multiple angles or anesthetic. I was given a quote and was reassured it was accurate. The day of the X-ray that price was doubled. Short version, a couple months later I asked them to email the X-rays to the surgeon, and didn't find out until the day of the surgery (mind you, I had to be the one to seek out this information; they did not bother to call me to tell me) that Main Street had not successfully sent the email and couldn't send it again because "Our technician isn't here today." I asked if these are simply JPEG files that are being attached to an email, and she looked at me like she had no idea what a JPEG was. Her entire demeanor was unapologetic and rude. I almost offered to step behind their front desk and do it myself. Ended up going home to see if I could find my copy of the files somewhere, wasn't successful, so I had to shell out another $200 for new Xrays. I will NOT be coming back to this place. The incompetence, rudeness, and disorganization of the staff is reprehensible. The young lady vet that saw my cat, however, was polite and gentle, even though she was clearly trying to keep a fast pace to keep up with their overbooked schedule.
Oh, and on a side note -- putting a giant poster up in the front window of you place of business saying "There are no stupid questions, but there are a lot of inquisitive idiots" establishes an adversarial relationship with your customers before they've even walked in the door and is wildly unprofessional. Astoundingly rude.

Provided by YP.comI brought my elderly Shih-tzu to Main Street ... The Vet that treated her was very compassionate, but the staff at the front desk were rude and uncaring..They acted totally irritated if I ask them any questions..Because of THEM, I have found a new Veterinary Hospital to take my dogs to..

Provided by YP.comAfter a very long battle with a cancerous tumor, our beloved dog passed away last week. Dr. Molesworth cared for her like she was his own. He saved her from the brink of death several times over that year and I can't tell you how much that quality time meant to us. I received a condolence card handwritten from Dr. Molesworth today, and with tears streaming down my face I knew I needed to let everyone know what a loving and special vet he truly is. Dr. Molesworth has cared for my animals for over 20 years and I would trust my own life to him. Our community is so lucky to have such a special doctor caring for our pets. Thank you Dr. Molesworth for everything you do. You are such a special person and we love you.

Provided by YPmobileI've been taking my dogs to this vet for 10 yrs. Under Dr. Molesworth, this provider was amazing! They had quality care, and you didn't feel like you needed vaseline when you left. Now there are new dvm's, new management it seemignores. They push all kinds of shots/tests on you when you're there for something unrelated. Not ask "Would you like?" Or not even say "You're dogs shots are out of date, Do you want to update them?" In a nice polite happy voice... Shots, heartworm test is atrocious in price. My dog had contracted worms. When calling to make a appt I asked. "I have other animals in the household, can the dvm just sell me wormer for other animals in the household?" And "Yes, should be fine". Then went today. Dvm would not sell me wormer for the other animals without seeing each dog or cat. Wormer. Not a narcotic or pain pill for a dog/cat. Wormer. I can buy it at petsmart, TSC, about 20 different other places over the counter. And the wormer they did sell me for my dog was $100. Hardly a deal or helping me out. The new people are only out for $. Not helping animals or people care for animals. After 10 yrs of driving an hour to a awesome vet. They were that awesome under molesworth. I will be finding a new vet.
