I recently visited the Shoe Clinic in Reisterstown. I was dog sitting for my son and woke up one morning only to find the dog had pulled his harness of the table and chewed the strap off. I was mortified as this was not a cheap harness and been custom made. They (owners, very kind and friendly) assured me it was not a problem and it could be fixed. I returned to pick up the harness and I was amazed! They did a beautiful job with the repair. AMAZING!! So everyone spread the word...they don't just repair shoes! Thank you...Thank you for repairing the harness.

I won't take my shoes anywhere else! I have a love for expensive shoes and tend to be tough on them. I took two pairs in to have the soles replaced. My one pair of Vera Wangs, I was sure I was going to have to trash because I broke the heel. The shoes look better than when I bought them. The work that Michael does is amazing. This husband and wife team are the kindest people and genuinely love what they do and the customers that walk through their door. This is a small town business that in my opinion, the quality of work and the customer service, is far superior than anywhere I have ever gone. Love the Shoe Clinic and the Vance's.
