If I could give a minus star I would . The customer service is less than par. Change prices during a contract without notice. This is the second time in the last two years that this has happened. I asked to speak to management several times and was told they would call. Still waiting for a response 3 weeks later, now I am writing this. I have been a customer for many many years and also have spent a lot of money. You would think that the owner or manager would want to keep a good customer and call someone back. I have referred many new clients to this place and will not in the future. If they make the effort to fix the problem I would have thought different. management needs to train the employees on customer service and instill the attitude that "the customer is always right". There prices are not competing with other places in the area and the only way to survive is to provide good customer service and not change prices for a prepaid annual contract/agreement . In my case, this is exactly true as you don't change your price when you pay upfront for a year contract and ask for more money just because they got a price increase .... Any ethical business owner knows this is the cost to do business .... If you need to stay afloat ...don't offer these deals or note that prices are subject to change and we may Ask for more money along the way ). this training is also needed specifically for a young ditzy Asian looking girl at the front desk .
