Totally trust Dr. Zamboni! Very easy to talk to and listens to what I say. He includes me in planning my care and always asks for my imput.

He has the best bed-side manner I have ever come in contact with. He definitely shows you that he cares about your health and well being. I will recommend him many times over, and I can't say enough good things about him!

Dr. Zamboni is amazing, he spent the time necessary to inform me of the diagnosis and options and also considered options other providers helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. The surgery and aftercare was exceptional. The surgeries were extremely successful and I'm immensely happy with the results.

Seeing Dr. Zamboni is always great. He is always helpful.

I have severe Meniere's Disease with severe vertigo and Dr. Zamboni is very compassionate and does all he can to help me.

While Dr. Zamboni is always personable, informative, and thorough, the wait time is excessive. Each appointment I have waited approximately 45 minutes in the waiting room, then an additional 10-15 minutes in the exam room. This is extremely difficult with work and feels a little disrespectful of my time. I make a point to be on time or early for the appointment and would appreciate the same courtesy.

I also had an issue with the nursing staff recently. I called to refill a prescription following a fairly intensive surgical procedure. I was four days post-op, and the nurse treated me as if I had been abusing my pain medication. She asked how much I had really been taking and said if I was lucky someone would fill the prescription for me as Dr. Zamboni was not in that day. She also pointed out, rudely, that I should have filled my prescription when I had my splints taken out a few days before. I was in a lot of pain and did not appreciate being treated that way.

I feel that he is very nice and caring.
