Awesome customer service! Salesman Andrew Scholz spent a very long time helping us pick out the right helmet, taking time to explain the features. Also had the front tire replaced, which they found no pinch bolts on the triple clamps, repaired with no cost, worked us in with no appointment.

Went to BVH yesterday to check out the side by sides. Their sales staff was informative, helpful and very professional. They answered my many questions on product and provided me a written estimate of the price we negotiated. They have worked on my quads, installed a plow on one of them and I've always been satisfied with their service work. Great staff and management!

Walked in and find no prices or info on their bikes. No help offered also. No professional, competent people.

Had my Goldwing in there for warranty recall. Not one phone call for two weeks letting me know the status of my wing. Since Ryan in service left, it's been a joke of a service department. After spending thousands of dollars at that place, I'll never go back. So if you take your bike in for any repairs, GOOD LUCK!

Dishonest Shop

I september 2014 I brought my honda goldwing in for service after I got the bike home I noticed gouges in the right saddle bag. I went back and they claimed they did not do it. The gouges were not there when I brought it in and they were there when I got it back, They clain no responsibility. Do not go there. This system will not let me put zero stars which they deserve. I will probably have to take them to small claims court.
