My kids have gone here for five years. We love it. Leanne is so accommodating and kind. The staff is awesome. My daughter loves it there. We had problems with daycare centers when my daughter was a baby and we found Cold Springs Childcare Center and never left :)

My children went there from 4 months and 18 months old until school. I would never take my kids anywhere else! They are amazing and truly love and care for your children. Leanne (the owner) understands children more than anyone I've ever met. Their staff turnover is very low. The communication is great, the kids learn so much and have a blast, children are never left to just cry, the owner is there often, and they have a camera system. They are by far amazing.

I've been reading the past reviews on this place and I am in shock!! I cannot believe people would have things this bad to say about CSCC! I've been taking my 3 children there (ages 1-10) for two years now and I cannot be more satisfied with the facility. Always clean, children are always attended to, communication is always amazing and I couldn't imagine a better atmosphere for my children to be in. Anytime there is an issue (and with children that is a given), Leanne prefers to handle them personally and even if she's not around the situation is still handled amazingly!

I have referred my friends/neighbors/co-workers to this daycare and two have them have enrolled their children- they are happy with the facility as well!

Thank you CSCC, for all you do for our family. We're not just clients to you, and you're not just a place I drop my children off to, you're more like an extended family and do a great job helping my husband and I raise our children.

Love Cold Springs Child Care Center and so does my son!!! Definitley not the place that it used to be (so i've heard) since it's under new ownership. Staff does an excellent job interacting with kids as well as having well planned out daily activities. There has always been excellent communication between the staff and myself. As for the number of staff per kid ratio...it's the law that center have the proper amount...which this child care center does! Keep up the good work ladies, we're behind you 100%

Things were great when my children first started going to CSCC but after a couple weeks my kindergartener didn't want go there after school and my toddler started screaming when being dropped off. My mother picked them up a little earlier one afternoon and the the girl that was suppose to be watching the kids outside was on her cell phone. When she went inside to get my younger child there was a little boy in the bathroom crying becaus he couldn't get the door open. My mother opened the door to let him out. Leanne was not there. There were a few other caretakers there but they were over ran with children. Another review said that the teachers are overwhelmed, I agree with that 100%. There were other incidents that happened and we decided that it just wasnt where we wanted our kids to be. When I drive by there I see a "now enrolling" sign on the back of the building. Not sure how they can fit more children in there.

I do not recommend this childcare center to anyone.

This child care center is Awesome! They spend all kinds of quality time with the children getting to know them. They actually play with the children themselves! That says a lot about the kind of place this is. Even the owner is always out playing with the children. Cold Spring Child Care Center worked with everything we needed or wanted for our child, and I would and have recommend these guys to anyone! And they're clean and smell clean! A lot of places don't.

Way to many kids and not enough teachers!!! Not enough 1 on 1 time:(

I was very disappointed with my experience in this center. There is to much going on and there not enough space and teachers for the amount of children running loose. Most of the staff is young and overwhelmed. My child now attends a center/preschool thats more sanitary and were they have more control and more experienced teachers/staff, for a better learning experience. I DO NOT recommend this center/preschool unless it's your last resort.
