The doctor was excellent! Always made it evident that he cared for me as a person not just a patient. Was very thorough with my evaluation and was generally "spot on" when it came to prescribing meds. But the receptionists were something else entirely. I won't name any names, but there are two women in the front office that are extremely rude and arrogant to patients. I can't imagine why a place that is supposed to help people would hire staff who are so mean to patients. While I was sitting in the waiting room, I heard how they spoke on the phone to people, treating people like they were so stupid and bothering them. They treated an elderly man like he was an idiot because he didn't know about his insurance. I felt so bad for him, poor guy. From what I saw, they acted like the patients were inconveniencing them. Why are these receptionists working there? I know I won't be going back.
