Great customer service, management was wonderful, however, it's quite small and outdated and the price is a bit High; but not too bad, they do offer weekly and monthly payment options, as well as a few amenities which covers the bare minimum TV, bed and Storage with cable and Wifi (no Showtime/HBO)it does have a fridge and microwave but no kitchen, but plenty of room to add stuff like a table and chairs,coffee brew, Toaster ect.

I have only been here few days, got mixed thoughts. Management is good. Work is being done. It is very conveinent for the persons coming to Reno for jobs. You just have to take care of your self, clean. But, thats normal. Enough furniture to get by, and room for more. Its close to public trans.
Would give 6 stars if prices little lower.
