Great service, and excellent drycleaners, really love all the hard work everybody does at both locations.

Worst Cleaners I have ever experienced! Also the most expensive. I am new in town and tried it because it was nearby. I brought in a new dress, worn only once for a special occasion. It was not soiled except for a tiny minor stain near the bottom which I pointed out. When I picked it up--a whole week later, not only was the tiny stain still there, but a large visible ring around the stain as well. It looked like the dress had not even been pressed. In fact, it looked like it had been re-worn. It had dark "tread" marks throughout. The worst part was that the matching fabric belt looked like it had been run over by a tractor trailer. When I asked how this could have happened, they suggested it was like that when I brought it in! The belt was perfectly clean when I brought it in, it was only wrinkled. Oh, apparently, the belt is the only thing they pressed--with tractor tires. I asked to speak to the owner. The girls at the desk told me she was not available, that they would "send" the dress over to their other location for the owner to examine it to decide if it could be re-cleaned or if I could be reimbursed for the dress since it was not wearable. I left the dress and called them back the next day to see if the owner had had a chance to look at it. They had not yet sent it over and I was told the manager was out for the next two days and would not be able to look at it until the next week. I was furious. I went back and demanded a refund for the outrageous $14.75 I paid for the mess and retrieved my dress. I don't have patience for incompetence. I will chalk up the loss for my dress, but I will not be taken advantage of without notifying the public. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again, and next time, I will do my homework and check yelp reviews before dealing with a business blindly. P.S. This business does not even deserve a star rating. It should be a "minus" star rating.
